Wheel Questions

I walked past and submitted a question to this public art structure that has been ongoing since 2008. I was a little annoyed by it at first because I was unsure as to its responsibility to keeping the structure operate-able and tended to as a participatory work but from checking up on it, it is up to date and makes me more curious and less cynical when I walk past this in Harvard Square.
