Jog to Whatever You Liiiike !

My 2009 resolution is to exercise more.
I know it seems like an empty promise but really, what is a "New Years Resolution" it almost shouldn't be anything but a chance to tell everyone of your ties with your imagination. Honestly, I've just come to enjoy jogging. I guess I should rephrase "My 2009 resolution is to exercise more." to:

"My Mid December 2008/2009 thing I've dreaded but actually like to do thing: jogging"

Since December I have taken up jogging. I've noticed that if you have a list of good tracks on your MP3 player, nothing can go wrong! I have always thought that, "jogging tires me out too quick that I need to stop all the time," when in reality all I needed to do was jog slower almost to a speed walk to get into the motions. When I have a rhythm down I am following the music in my ipod and I forget that I am even jogging. My last thought that I noticed is that I was able to jog longer when I wasn't thinking about slapping on a set amount of time to jog or a set distance; I just went! Over here in Lynn there is a beautiful little Common that I have found my scenic niche which also gets me pumped. I only have one body and live only once.
