Chapter 7 (Empathy)

I was highly touched by the description of the Duchanne Smile or the smile of true enjoyment becuase I know what a "fake smile" really is. When I am with friends and family we take photos and I always catch when there is a slight pause before the snap takes. My face strains and I'm thinking.. "take the picture already." The second round of pictures taking could be worse because the happiness snapped before the picture was taken. I've always wondered what that was. There is always something strange about pictures presented for the internet too. Some people are alone and some dont enjoy it. It is more of a profile filler..I try to pay close attention to reading ones face now. These are excellent facts and key in understanding feeling with someone else.
